Centrum - I think you can get them in the Uk. I would never take them every day though

If you are already getting vitamins from your food then, IMO, you wouldn't need a vitamin that provides the RDA.

Quite agree Ellie, however not everyone can enjoy a balanced diet at all times - hence my asking.

Only the freshest food has a full compliment of vitamins and nutrients. Unfortunately too much "fresh" food spends a lot of time traveling or in storage. And there are some nutrients...vitamin D3,and magnesium for example...that most of us will be deficient in.
