ex partner charged with gbh?
My ex partner was charged wirh gbh on myself. after an argument he grabbed my face quite hard making my cheeks inside sore. He pushed me i fell onto a door frame and was unconscious for a few seconds i think. He also hit me on the same side of my head and when i was pregnant he threw me on the bed 3 times. This is all in my police statement. I was not hurt after the knock on the head except for some brusing dizziness and nausea. I did not go to hospital i have no medical evidence to back me up. He has been abusive before and my friend has historical messages from me to her describing a previous incidence of violence toward me and referencing the throwing on the bed incident. Will the charges likely be downgraded to ABH? Any advice would be appreciated

you have received lots of good advice on your duplicate thread
I have already answered this , but you ask if this could be downgraded to ABH. If he knocked you unconscious that GBH it will not be downgraded.
The time you say 'I was not hurt after the knock on the head except for dizzieness brusing and nausea' means that attack was also at least ABH and you WERE hurt as you describe concussion. The times he threw you on the bed and when hit you 'on the same side of the head' are all asaults. I make it 5 times he has assaulted you from what you say in this post.
He should be being charged for all 5 !.
Please phone the help line I gave you , they will help with the legal side and help you cope with it all.
