Hi there I had a bowl of soup, I did not consider this to be a meal and I took an esomeprazole before my main course and 2 peppermint oil capsules as it is macaroni cheese and it tends to come back on me. Anyway I read on the box of peppermint capsules not to be taken at the same time as other indigestion remedies or immediately after a meal. Ive done both. Is this serious I am burping up lots of peppermint anything to worry about.
