A Simple Stollen Recipe Please, Using Walnuts.

A lady at work was sent a Stollen from a faith group she works with and shared it around the office. It was the best that I have ever tasted! The lady tried to get the recipe from the group, but apparently several members had made the cakes to send out, so they don't know exactly who made hers.

Has anyone got a simple recipe for Stollen so that I might make my own?
