I use their web hosting service, which has always been excellent, with superb telephone support when I needed to do anything clever. I've installed it for business friends, who are happy too.

Until this week, when my password isn't recognised, and there's been a recorded message that their phones aren't working. (I have paid!!)

I'm concerned that they may be in difficulties - does anyone know what their problem might be?

No - I did that 2 days ago!

Might need to ask your business friends if they can access theirs. If they cannot then you may indeed have problems with them.
