I'm looking for a programme about a different woman's weight loss every week, training with a personal trainer, who's name (I think) may be Jesse - I've looked in most of the catch-up channels, but am hampered by not knowing the name of the programme! If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

Think its called a Year to change your life,with Jessie Pavelka,who is extremely easy on the eye btw!

To follow on from other reply, it's called 'Obese: A year to save my life' on every night this week on Sky Living at 6 p.m
