Just popped on for a minute to let you know of a Kindle 'daily deal' on at the moment till midnight I think? 'Your Thyroid & How To Keep It Healthy' Very detailed & very interesting. Should be 15.99 .. available today for 1.19 !

I was hoping 'you' would see this. Reading it has thrown up some interesting stuff, I'll come back at a later date & discuss it with sqad. Once you get past the first few pages of initial medical terminology, it's a very good read! There are a few thyroid sufferers on Answerbank! Night x

A cup of tea taken regularly contains significant levels of fluoride which has a damaging effect on thyroid manufacture & tissue uptake! I don't drink tea I'm more a coffee drinker, but I didn't know that! Night again x

Thanks, I don't have a kindle but a nexus tab, there is a reader on it though. I shall see if it works from the suggested Amazon sample. Cheers

I need my Amazon pass which is at home, I am away in York for a couple of days so will try when I get home. Thanks all.
I've recently given up tea and coffee, so now I'm mainly on water, with odd fruit juice and milk.
