bank work for NHS

How does this work with working tax credits. Bank work means we only work as and when required, so when it comes to tax credits etc, how do they work it out? Its ok i am permanently employed now as a phlebotomist, but may go for this aswell for extra cash, trying to save for an extension to my house now.

When Do We Get Paid This Month

I work for the NHS, we usually get paid on 26th, but as its a bank holiday, and 25th is xmas day, do we get paid 24th??
