If it is bed bugs you should see spots of blood in the bed in the morning where they have bitten.
Also Google bed bugs and compare the images.

If you have bed bugs, you can know this from bed bugs picture. All the illegals that have invaded our country with our governments permission is why we suddenly have a huge bed bud infestation in cities all over the US.. Along with diseases that the US had worked to eradicate are now back., like tuberculosis and others..
