what is a anarobe ? not sure if this is how to spell it.

Can you give us more context?? The only thing that I can think of (after googling anarobe and coming up with no results) is anaerobic respiration, which is where organisms respire without using oxygen, but this doesn't seem to fit in with the title of the question...

sounds like an anaerobic infection (means 'without air'; so the word is sort of the opposite of aerobics). Click on this for some information.

Anaerobic is "without oxygen", as the Editor said - in the ladies parts context it's probably a yeast infection like thrush or candida. You may need a visit to your GP for  confirmation and then drugs/cream/tablets like Cansten. Acidophilus from a health food shop is good for keeping it at bay if you're prone to having recurring infection. Best of luck.x
