Insomnia.

It starts about now and ends on Monday morning about 60 hours later. Any advice ?

prev Can anyone point me in the right direction?   Bullying update ... it's getting unbearable next

Try not to worry or think about it. Keep your mind occupied elsewhere, ie music, book or best of all, raid the fridge. You'll soon drop off :)

You'll be asleep again from Monday to Friday, depend upon it. Work has that effect, as you may have noticed in shops.

Well have taken my pills 2 hours ago - no effect - I am literally shattered so might as well come on here for a time or so. Good news anyway to tell you - I like many people gave an oul £5 per month...
