Hip Replacement

I'm having a right hip replacement in the next 16 weeks (yikes!). I'll only be in hospital 3 to 4 days. I'm having an uncemented ceramic replacement, as I'm only (only Drs words not mine...bless), 54

Anyone had this done, and have you got any tips, recover times, well in fact, any information would be helpful!

Thanks guy's this has been so helpful, now just got to wait for the appointment, maximum wait 16 weeks aparantly, so not too, long. I'm sure I'll have more questions before then.

I also live alone, so will be forced to make a quick recovery!!!
