I did! I first went to one of those (is it chiropractors?) Them that bend and twist you about and charge £75 a time!!! A FATAL move....made it ten times worse,so I went to the Doc and told him I wanted a private opinion This cost me £100, but I was taken into hospital the next day, and had the disc operated on a couple of days later.,followed by a very painful three weeks or so after I was discharged. I got very depressed at the time,as I couldn't DO anything, or sleep properly, but gradually got better... When I WAS better there was no problems really, but I certainly wouldn't want to go through it again! Sorry if that's put you off a bit,but it is something that really HAS to be sorted... Best of luck with it anyway...
Sorry I don't know the answer. I just thought it was funny that you asked a question about what age males were at their sexual peak and then followed it a couple of minutes later with one about how to treat a slipped disc.
I know I'm only a woman, but my back was sorted by an osteopath. I am now very careful if I have to lift or twist.
