hello tinkerbell.

my thread entitled 'thank heavens that's over' will answer your question for my situation.

i'm now relaxed and about to go to bed.

good night, and sweet dreams to you
Log off. Lie down. Stay logged off :)
Wide awake as per! Trammys haven't helped tonight :(

Hope you manage to get some sleep Tinks xx
Yes, logging off is a must. Try reading a magazine article rather than a book, much lighter on the brain and then as you put the magazine down, think about a journey or walk you've taken. Name the streets as you go or name the towns you drove through. If that doesn't send you to sleep, then pick a letter and name as many, towns (or birds, animals, rock groups, designer labels, sports) you can beginning with that letter and keep a count of them. I'm usually asleep by now or if not at least planning a holiday!

Good night all, sleep well.
good advice mojo & maidup.

Sad as it seems, this site is keeping you awake & not letting you relax.

Good morning Tinkerbell, I'm still awake but only just though long day for me, I'm still trying to get my head around Prometheus (film), the 3D was great but I think I'm still tripping on another realm.

I do hope you rest easy and have pleasant dreams
