Evil Statins

My GP prescribed me statins about a year ago and they made me ill so he changed me from one type to another. Since I started taking the second lot (Pravastatin) I have been suffering with horrible hip and shoulder pains. I assumed it was early onset arthritis until I saw another doctor who took me off the statins. Hey presto, the pains have gone completely and I can now bounce around like a teenager
The medical profession seem to be divided in opinion as to whether they do any good or not. I will never take them again.

You and I can go together then TOWIE. Prescribed for high cholesterol. Refused to take them. BP really low due, I think, to addiction to beetroot juice and the lack of excitement in my life. ;-)
