Lavender oil

Got some to help me sleep....

How is it best used?

Cant bathe in it tonight or apply to my skin....... Im wearing fake tan to bed lol

Put a few drops on a piece of cloth and place it near to your pillow.

Yeah i was sleeping for before 1am anyhow- sound asleep til i looked at the clock about 630 and that was me till 9 xxxx

Lavender Oil

Can anyone recommend a good lavender oil please? I've bought them in the past and they just didn't smell right somehow. It's mainly for refreshing wheat packs, pillows etc.
