does anyone know if you can have a glass or two of wine with these?

It depends on various factors, so there is no simple yes or no answer.

The major factors are - your dosage and frequency of intake and your tolerance to alcohol.

I for example am teetotal, so a glass of wine with my tabs would send me climbing the walls in short order. You (if it is a question for yourself) - could possibly neck a bottle with no ill effects.

My advice is to ask your GP who prescribed, he or she will know the patient, and medical circumstances, and will be able to give a far more accurate response than anyone on here.

Personal experience is no guide - we are all too different.

my daughter is told 'no', but she can't have 'a glass or two' ...
Well I didn`t change my drinking habits when I was on them for a few years. Four glasses on a night out is my limit but always have a glass or two or three in the evening.
once you are used to them it's not too bad...probably better not to during the first couple of weeks
When I questioned my doctor about such things, he merely said you just get 'puddled' quicker!
