Not at all cupid i absolutley dont mind!!
My first i was casually watching tv...... And i just came over all funny and got upset- NO event i can pinpoint think i was about aged 19-20 and in a bad relationship. They got worse then on and off and i sometimes blame the stress that relationship caused and a strained relationship with my mum at times. Never have they been as bad as they were a few weeks ago- and now i dont have the panic as much thanks to beta blockers....but as its a disorder- i panic about panicing i think......and this waking up malarky is part of it......xxxx |

Tinks-here is some info on Melatonin which may be useful -
http://www.melatonin-info.co.uk/ I know a few people who've used melatonin with succcess. You can also try Tryptophan which is more easily available in the UK-it is converted into seritonin which also helps regulate sleep. Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation |
