What if...Basal Body Temperature

My husband and I have decided to start trying for a baby.

I have bought a basal body temperature and the instructions day to cjeck temperature at the same time everyday, before I do anything.

What if I get up loads of times during the night/early morning to go to the bathroom? When would I check it?

Thanks in advance

Why would you be getting up loads of times?
No expert but if the instruction say the same time every day then I'd have expected the time when you decide to get up for the day is probably right. I'd be doubting the odd trip to the bathroom during the night would make a lot of difference.
Agree with Old Geezer just take it before you get up for good in the morning.
Also as daffy says why would you be getting up loads of times?
wouldnt make much difference at all. I do mine as soon as alarm goes off whilst still laying in bed.
I used to do it first thing in the morning, before I got up. It doesn't matter what time you do it, as long as it's the same time every day.
I agree with the others - take it the same time each morning just before you get up.
By the way, we used this method when trying for our youngest and it worked first time. Good luck.
first month ive used it and i can actually work out now when im ovulating. And there are many sites where you can put info in and it will tell you more information on what bits of the chart mean.
In my lengthy experience the best way to have a baby is not to try.
