Angina is a symptom not a disease.

The classical features are chest pain, gripping in nature which may or may not radiate into your neck and down your arms.

It is commonly brought on by exercise and relieved by rest.

ECG is normal and blood heart muscle enzymes are normal. Physical examination is also normal.

I ask for my neighbour who said she has tightness in her chest on exertion, she had an ECG a month ago, which was normal.
It could be angina or maybe asthma?
Well, that could be angina, but an accurate history would need to be taken by a doctor and physical examination to exclude high blood pressure (Hypertension) and a blood test to elicit her lipid profile (cholesterol levels).

That is as far as one can go on your post.
