Static Shocks

Why is it for the past 3 or 4 weeks I am constantly getting these little static shocks from almost everthing and everyone I touch?

Is your hair behaving Evian? Last winter I was getting shocks constantly and my hair was full of static - even the hairdresser couldn't deal with it (or stop laughing at it standing on end) :)

Lol. Well its not standing on end but i wonder if i can blame the split ends on the shocks :)
