Is it normal to get a bit of matting between the bond & scalp where you cant actually brush???

Not causing problems or pain but nobody wants matting in their hair

Will it be ok when they come out??? :0/

Can run fingers through the bonds an extensions no problem and a comb x

Yes!! Totally normal, though totally annoying!

Unfortunately, the longer the extensions are in, the more the matting becomes noticeable. Well, to you anyway, not anyone else.
When they take them out, the bit that is now matted will still be there, but after a couple of washes (and a good brush!) it'll be gone.

cheers flip!! totally not noticeable but well annoying ;0) xx
Yeah, sorry, I should have said what I meant by that...

The nearer it got to me having to have them out, I felt the matting was more noticeable/bigger.
I used to get really paranoid, and would constantly ask my friends if they could see the little bumps... but they never could.

When I had them in for the very first time, I made the mistake of putting tons of conditioner on the matted bits, as I figured this would soften it up.
What I didn't know, was conditioner on the roots is bad for the bonds, and can weaken them.

Not only did I have matted hair, but I had bit of glue in my brush... which ain't a good look. Lol.
