I may have misled you dennis.....sorry at least 2days and more like a week....that is HIN1 but similar for the other 3 constituents........nu aplogie.

I've had the Flu jab every year for yeeaarrssss & happy to do so.
This year however I have had a heavy dose of the Flu (Thought I was going to die)
When I challenged my doc. he informed me that it is only 90-95% efficiant and sometimes that one virus thats out there, one isn't protected from.

But nevertheless I will carry on having the Jab. - & so should you.
