lord above knows boxy, but I missed out the diuretic today - I am not that much of a masochist ;o)
Because a good deal of bodily waste fluid is sweated out in warmer weather.

Nah boxy - just think of it as using a different door to exit your home according to your mood

Indeed anne - but there is a recession on you know ;o) Diuretics are easy to miss - they are only wee pills, everything else is at least twice their size. boom boom

It instructs the kidneys to extract some of the fluids from the blood and shed it as urine.

It's annoying that in the summer I can usually sleep through, but in the winter I have to get up for a pee at least once every night.
Hmmmm - just thought, my tinnitus relaxer plays the sound of water, shoreline, waterfall, tropical rain storms etc. I just thought there was a 'flaw' in my pelvic exercises!
