can anyone advice me please i take medication that supresses my immune system and i have been in contact with a child that has just had a live MMR do i need to go and see my gp or will i be ok?

No big deal.

I presume that you are on immunosuppresive drugs and you have been in contact with a child who has had the MMR vaccine.

There will be no spread from the child to your goodself.
