How long have you had it?

Is it soft or hard?

Can you move it or is it fixed?

Answer those questions and then I will be able to tell you whether it is a "big deal" or "no big deal"

hi i have had it for a few months now but not noticed it that much. It is soft and moves around Thanks
No big deal......almost certainly a Lipoma........non malignant fatty tumour.

Many thanks a great help!
Hi lordalex had one of these several years ago in almost exactly the same place as you describe.
As Squad says it was 'no big deal'....it grew bigger, to the extent that it could be seen through his jacket, so he eventually had it removed...general anesthetic but all thankfully uneventful. Don't worry!
