Since becoming reliant on a wheelchair and unable to walk I've put on weight. How can I get weight loss apart from dieting.

Are you able to do weights for the upper body, or to do leg exercises from your chair? It all helps - have a look here http://www.associated...at_really.html?cat=50
there are other sites too.
Are you able to use your legs at all? If you are then I recommend you get an exercise bike, or other piece of home gym equipment if you have no use of your legs. You will need to consume less calories too as you are moving about less.
I have similar issues and have managed to lose just over half a stone in a few months with a calorie controlled diet and regular 5 minute sessions on my exercise bike.
