hi im getting awful PMS so bad to the point that when im on my period im having bad thoughts and just cry over the slightest thing all the time. The other day i was on such a low that i actually started writing down a pro and con list listing faults with my partner and actually concidered leaving him. I wrote him a dear john letter on why i was leaving him and even acussed him of seeing someone else. After i got out of 'my mood' i sat there and read what i read and couldnt help but think what the hell was i thinking? i even couldnt help but laugh a bit at what i wrote, i mean i sound like a madwoman, all i can say is thank god he has not seen it !!!!! In general im a happy person, i have a wonderful partner and 2 gorgeous kids, a lovely home and friends so im quite worried about my 'episodes of madness' lol. I dont feel im depressed as im only like this when on period so going to the doctor i feel i would be wasting his time, but is there something on the market that will help me?

No see your doctor...you need help if your life is being so badly affected.... There are lots of self help things you can do including avoiding caffiene, haveing a diet that is richer in some essential minerals and foods with higher levels of tryptophan which are calming.... Most importantly when you are feeling ok go through it properly with your family so they know when you feel really bad it isn't them...kids could have a calender with mums bad days on with a mum loves you even when she's cross picture on it
