Im getting enough sleep (or at least I think so) but am always so tired, am like a wet blanket!
Are there any vitamins I could take or any helpful tips to make me feel better?

Exercise and plenty of water and fresh air and a good diet.

Maybe go for a general healthcheck to make sure everything like blood count and blood sugar are all ok.
melatonin taken at night helps sleep.... you can get over counter but most pharmacys recommend you check with dr first
berocca! our pharmacist drinks it (or the boots version)
jenna 1978 has given good advice......take it.
i highly recommend vitamin B12
het a blood test done you could be lacking iron or aneamic...I felt the same and i was vitamin B12 difficient
