Hi , Lately i have been very worried about myself,I have been constantly making stupid mistakes in work which i have never done,I am 19 years of age and full time in work , working on different shifts from morning shifts to night shifts,I have been going to bed all different times and some times maybe only having 4 hours sleep a night or even less, This can happen a few times a week,The mistakes i have been making are really stupid like missing orders and forgetting to do stuff when people ask me to do it,I feel really down in work like if i can not be bothered anymore and some times feel lazy and constantly feel if im asleep in work , Currently ive had an head cold for about a week and not sure if this is anything to do with it?Please could some one help me with this

It sounds *** you just need a regular good nights sleep! Four hours isn't enough at all, no wonder you're making mistakes!

Yes, I can help you.

These symptoms need neurological investigation.

See your GP
you obviosusly need more than four hours sleep a night. if you are tired through lack of sleep this can cause lack of concentration.
It looks like your body clock is mixed up to me, but sqad has given you an answer too & I respect his advice, so may be it is worth getting checked out! x
