How do I cure my addiction to energy drinks?

Hi I am a male in my late thirties who has in the last 2 years developed an addiction for energy
drinks that contain sugar and vitamins. I know I should be drinking water but cannot stop my craving
for the hit off them? I also like sweets and have the same dependency.

Any genuine suggestions welcome!
