Maybe food which keeps your energy burning for longer, slow release ones like porridge or bananas.

Large salads maybe with some tinned salmon or a plate of nice veg with some gravy.

I find things like spinach filling, it's lovely with a salmon fillet and othe steamed veg and some new potatoes.

Baked potatos can be pretty healthy and filling too.
It could be that you are not eating adequete meals, Healthy meals dont have to only consist of rabbit food, you need to ensure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals. 3 solid meals and a couple of snacks a day should not be leaving you light headed.

If you are having difficulties then consult the practice nurse at your doctors who will give you nutritional advice.
