Really struggling with my fitness these days, since i had you know the op!!!!anyway i walked today at least 3miles+and my legs are aching,my back is aching and my neck is aching, in fact all but some bits are aching, it was so easy a couple of years ago i could do up to 10miles a day a bit tired but no aches!!!!

Poor puddicat......dont walk get a car, catch a bus or find someone to push ur wheelchair. Let another take the strain.
Ur overdoing ur exercise......that's even more harmful.

Aw puddi -tell me about it -had to renovate my daughters flat-she lives in the centre of Perth loads and loads of lifting up closes and then stairs -i still havent recovered.Thats why im sitting wasting my time on here -I am knacked lol !!!
I managed it all at the time as well -3mths daily of hard graft -think it was the adrenilin that kept me going.Now knacked !!

abdul so funny used to work at a council run swimming pool come fitness place, the biggest and fattest people were the pool attendants omg they were overweight and smoked like crazy except for a few, wouldnt want them to save my life!!!

Fancy that, so did I today. I did about 3 miles, combination of walking and jogging. I've just replaced all the calories I used up on my jaunt, with scones, jam and clotted cream.

Why not do something fun like dancing or more amusing like water aerobics or horse riding, iceskating etc...
