smoking

i've been stopped smoking for about 9 years now but on my brothers birthday i had a cigar and been having more and more each night since. has anyone any ideas to get me off them again? thanks!

I used to smoke three packs of fags a day. I decided, with a girlfriend, to stop on a certain day at a certain time, but FOR ONE DAY ONLY. After that day, we agreed that, if we stopped again for one more day, it would be twice as clever as only one day. We both stopped completely after a month of this messing about. But it worked.
