hay fever

does anyone know any good tips for alleviating the symptoms of hay fever (specifically sore eyes)?

get some eye drops opticrom from chemist . about 5 pound it work well for me
I also use opticrom and find it quite good. I swear by cetrizine dyhydrochloride tablets though. They are branded as Zirtek but my be bought less expensively in tesco and sainsburys own brand (just check the active ingredient as they also sell loratadine)

HI there. I have also used Zirtezk (or Cetirizine) for years. I get mine from the doctor (great if you get free prescriptions) I find them the best ( for me anyway) . There is also this thing about eating honey made from bees in your area. You might need to look it up cos I'm not altogether sure about it.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I'll be going to Tesco tonight for the tablets. Will get the honey from local health food shop. I would still welcome more suggestions too, if anyone else has other tips.
