In brief, I was sterilised 7 years ago (filshie clips) For the past few years I have had discomfort in the abdominal region.Never did anything about it until pain got so bad. I had pain in the bladder & bowel area (thought I was going mad or had hypochondria!) Sent to hospital for tests.Seems they all think its endometriosis.Go for laparoscopy to get it sorted and it turns out the clips used for my sterilisation had come away.One attached to bladder & the other attaching bowel to back of womb.None of the doctors I have seen can tell me why 3 clips were used & they wouldn't let me keep clips after the op(which was carried out 4 months later).Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before?I can only find one such case on internet. Still sterile just incase you were wondering!
