Who loves the heat?

I hate it. Love it on holidays but not landlocked heat. No breeze to cool us down.
even my wrists are sweating and my glasses keep falling off my face.

I hate the heat as well, always have. I stay out of the sun anyway, but when it's hot, I feel ill, get a headache & am ratty all the time.

Sitting out on patio atm, couple large umbrellas up, in and out of the sun, it's nice, but not for too long. Indoors gotta a couple of large fans in both lounge and kitchen diner, all the windows wide open and with a but of a breeze it's quite comfortable.

Isn't it odd that we cope better with hot weather on holiday than at home? Luckily in our house the front sitting room stays lovely and cool so I'm here with a fan running. Everytime I go into the kitchen I think the oven's been left on.

I love it. I'd love it even more if there was a beach over the road, but my beachside house is far away, so I have to swim in gin and tonics instead.
