I like both separately. Garlic bread is great, Honey on toast is a nice change occasionally. But are you suggesting taking them together ? For what proposed health affect ? Unsure I'd be that keen.
Yuk!
They are both good natural foodstuffs to include in your daily diet.
Garlic apparently has health benefits.

A 1 ounce (28 grams) serving of garlic contains:

Manganese: 23% of the RDA.
Vitamin B6: 17% of the RDA.
Vitamin C: 15% of the RDA.
Selenium: 6% of the RDA.
Fibre: 1 gram.
Decent amounts of Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron and Vitamin B1.

Certainly wouldn't do you any harm.
honey is just sugar in a different form no actual benefits apart from it taste of course
