I'd avoid orange juice. Sip on water. Go to bed.
Food poisoning !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's important to avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water, even if you can only sip it, as you need to replace any fluids lost through vomiting and diarrhoea.

You should also:
•rest as much as possible
•eat when you feel up to it – sticking to small, light and non-fatty meals at first (bland foods such as toast, crackers, rice and bananas are good choices)
•avoid alcohol, caffeine, fizzy drinks and spicy and fatty foods because they may make you feel worse

Contact your GP if your symptoms are severe or don't start to improve in a few days.
What country have you visited?

was in asia. made me and my daughter beef stew last night but she is fine so not food poisoning.

maybe flu, what tablets are good ? thanks
It doesn't sound like flu. It sounds like some sort of stomach bug.
Sounds like norovirus to me..........common virus, particularly in winter.
It should only last about 3 days maximum and you don' t need any tablets.
Go to bed and drink as much as you can.......anything......but rehydration cachets fro the chemist at the best rehydration fluids. some people recommend flat Pepsi Cola as a repudiation fluid.
If you fancy something to eat...whatever it is.......have a try.
Paracetamol. Water is best, preferably boiled water also re-hydration sachets added to water if sickness and diahorrea is present.
""repudiation fluid."" LOL..rehydration fluid.
lol I really repudiate flat coke but flat ginger ale is ok. Gp’s round here suggest either, along with plain crisps if you can keep solids down.
I am always amazed at the number of adults who have never had or heard of norwalk.......

maybe a bug ive caught in bangkok and its took a while to get into my system proper, then again maybe a sudden change in temperatre / climate. ive got loads diet coke and vimto with water and ice. will do me no harm resting up for few days no matter how uncomfortable it will be.

thanks
Bangkok is not the cleanest of places, although I have been for some years.
Bangkok belly
bugs dont tend to hang around that long before attacking, why don't you think its norwalk?
Got this last time I was in Thailand. It was friggin awful.
Norwalk is another name for norovirus which sqad mentioned at 13.34
I had the norovirus earlier this year - it was awful. I had never barfed so often in my life. If this is what you have DD I hope that you feel a bit better soon.
///Bangkok is not the cleanest of places, although I have been for some years.///

I'm so glad to hear that you've been the cleanest of places for some years -LOL.
I know hc, its ust that the OP is suggesting a latent bug from Thailand and or that it is caused by temperature change...I just wondered if he had a reason to reject the diagnosis of norwalk/norovirus/winter vomiting....by the way, while vomiting is a classic symptom, its not always present.
