I'm guessing memory tests, anyone know what else might be involved?

No. It's an appointment for a relative.
A head to toe check over. Bloods, urine, lifestyle check, mobility, yes, cognition which is more than just memory. Hopefully social issues too (housing, personal care, shopping, home support)
Not my scene, but i would have thought it would be no different from any other acute medical assessment. Full social and medical history, physical examination, ECG Chest X-Ray and blood tests.
