Does he not understand that it was heroes in 2 world wars who fought and died for freedom, so that people like him could walk the streets of Great Britain safely!
If he doesn't like 'our' way of life, our values and our standards then what is he doing here, please catch the next flight to whatever country you feel that your standards match, I will glady pay for your ticket and drive you to the airport!
That policeman that you are having a go at is one of thousands who strive to keep the peace so that you and your family can sleep peacefully in their beds at night, this is Great Britain, if you don't like it, please leave!

Typical on here really....it seems the copper is getting more stick than the piece of scum who tried his luck as usual by confronting him and the usual AB ers are more concerned about scoring their "I'm right youre wrong debating points" "What has this country turned into, can one imagine a British tourist confronting a foreign police officer in such a way"...

I wonder if there had been a disturbance in one of the Muslim shops & this officer was there to sort it would there have been something said about the band? these people say they want Integration! do they? they are picking fight's with their so called rights, we also have rights, if they don't like our rights " Feck Off" Simple.
Well in fairness, the policeman shouldn't be wearing ANY wristband.
I agree B00.
He should have left the band in his locker whilst he is on duty.
Does that not take away our rights BOO?
That bein' said, Mr Choudary is a pudding, and I wouldn't have been sorry to have seen him get some form of comeuppance for his smugness.
What rights? The police aren't allowed to wear wristbands no matter what its in support of.

I do agree Choudary was affronted by what the band represented, however it doesn't detract from the fact that the officer shouldn't be wearing it in the first place.
.

Policeman turned his clicker on within 5 secs

Help for heroes - millions turned out to protest....
I think he is his own best critic
He should have had a bit more about him and started to talk about the soldiers that died in the WW 1&2 so that scum like him had the freedom to behave like a ***.
Usual *** from the effohjay above. That band represents people who aiught and died to create the conditions where it lowlife scum like this can spout their bile. boo/jth, hang head please, if a copper can't wear a HFH band, even on duty then we truly are surrendering, still you already have eh.
Have I said anywhere that an individual cant support HfH? Indeed, I have my very own!

What I did say was the the police force, whilst on duty, aren't allowed to wear any rubber wristbands. What that wristband supports is irrelevant.
T.T.T.100%
TGT - My father is a time-served Police Officer who wore nothing other than his uniform whilst on duty. He wanted to be seen to represent the force of Law and Authority and to be utterly impartial....we didn't wear then, and wouldn't have worn now any symbols of personal affiliations or sympathies; he'd have done that whilst off-duty.

My son is a serving member of the Army.

Please feel free to wind your neck in.......
then stopp all this na nana na, on duty, yada yada, cobblers, simply cobblers.
Pardon?
A well-reasoned argument, as usual, TGT.

I take it that you'd be happy for a Police Officer to wear a Socialist Workers Party badge (or similar) whilst on duty?
I don't understand your logic here 3T, I really don't.

I'm not allowed to wear certain things with my uniform or work, that goes for pretty much anyone who works.

THE POLICE FORCE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR RUBBER WRISTBANDS.
why is it so difficult to understand, whilst on duty the police are not allowed to wear any wristbands?

yeah they shouldnt wear wrist bands ( the police I mean ) yada yada yada
I'm not debating every possible item a plod could be wearing. You could just be a bit less officious. Instead of focusing away from the extremist you could just empathise with the OP rather than doing an adenoidal "well he should not be be wearing it...." speech - technically correct sanctimonious drivel.
succinct reply as usual PP....
