For the last three days I have suffered from severe vomiting and diarrhoea when waking. I am otherwise feeling fine, I have no temperature or other symptoms, and this only happens shortly after I wake. Even then I feel fine but all of a sudden I can feel a queasiness in the stomach and a fart developing that you know is not just a fart!

Anyone have anything similar or any ideas what is wrong.

Your history stems from more than 3 days as you gave posted before re. digestive problems.

The first thing that springs to mind is IBS, but vomiting is unusual, not absent always, but unusual

Various conditions spring to mind, but you must await your endoscopy for a definitive diagnosis.

ummmm....posts that indicated that my advice would jeopardize and endanger the life of the OPer should my advice be taken.
You dismiss people with 'no big deal' over a paragraph or two of an explanation when you know nothing about them.

That is not libel...it's being sensible.

Also...you are aware that Postdog has a brain tumour but get narky when he doesn't give you feed back.

You may have been in the medical profession previously but the fact is your simply another posted, another poster who could just be good at google. How are most of the posters in H&F to know.

You have got it the wrong way round....it is their comments that i deem libelous.........not my own comments.

Yes i do and yes I have always been "narky " about the bad manners of ignoring replies......of anybody....to anybody.....in any section of AB.

Agreed........so why email my private email address asking my permission to give it to another ABer? Surely my advice is only as valuable as another Aber?

Bit odd.

Because he asked me to. I didn't know what he wanted to talk to you about. Maybe he had a sore throat.
ummmm.....yeah! right.

BUT why did you ask my advice about the health of YOUR family, if my opinion was.....limited?

Another "bit odd."
