Nothing strange in that, you may think, except less than 2 months ago she had a hip replacement operation. More remarkable than that, she went out running in the days just before she had the op.
Plucky, or what?

Hip replacement? She almost certainly had a hip resurfacing rather than a hip replacement.

sounds a pit premature to be running ?
bit even ................

She seems super fit, but it does seem a bit soon.
When she rounds the first corner she may change from running to hip hop.
Maybe she is like the man who was in an alleged coma for 2-3 years ago and was sent to jail recently. Nothing wrong with her. Only joking Sandy.
Or maybe when she rounds the corner when nobody can see her - she holds onto her leg and hip - screaming "Oh Funk".
Hip replacement?

She almost certainly had a hip resurfacing rather than a hip replacement.

That'll be it. When she said she'd had a hip operation I jumped to conclusions. And I did wonder how anyone could jog through the pain if they needed a replacement.
Exercise is bad for you
I believe exercise is recommended but gentle swimming and cycling would be better than the impact of jogging.
I went jogging once
If she was jogging before the op,I would say op not needed knowing people who have had it done.
One of my neighbours had a hip replacement a few months ago and it was weeks before she could walk without the crutches.
Perhaps he is an identical twin
I don't think you can mix up identical brothers and sisters. ;)
I promised myself that if it wasn't raining this morning then I'd go jogging. Saved by the weather yet again.
oops
