Just a tip for you that are Travelling to Blackpool via the M6 North, there has been tailbacks due to Road works just before the M55 /leading off the M6, Not scaremongering but be ready for delay's starting just past J31 the A59 At Preston. No problems Southbound.

there is also a fresh Pothole on the Thanet Way, near Whitstable, heading towards Herne Bay, my Granny fell off her bike when she swerved to miss it this morning
