About 20 years ago I had an operation to remove an an Acoustic neuroma from my right ear. Since then as a saxophone player I have experienced some problems with my right eye partly closing when I form my embouchure. In turn this means that at some times it distorts the music I am reading.

As I am getting older I have noticed recently that the problem has been getting worse and I would like to know whether a BOTOX injection would improve the condition and stop my eye partly closing when I am blowing.

Any help and advise would be much appreciated

Aright sided acoustic neuroma removed 20 years ago and now problems involving closure of the right eye.

Forget Botox for the moment, go back to your GP explain the situation and suggest the possibility of having an MRI scan.
I would talk to your doctor.
