Go to your doc and get the coil checked - it may have become dislodged?

You ought to have it checked annually, to make sure it's not shifted. http://endometriosis.org/treatments/mirena/

thinking back I remember getting told if it shifted I would probably know about it but if there was any concerns then to go back so I suppose this shoudl be treated as a concern, thanks
