Wasn't it Noel Coward who said "Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the noonday sun"? Guess we can add Scotsmen, Irishmen and Welshmen to that! Garden needs some TLC but waiting til at least 6 pm, absolutely swealtering at the moment.
