Epsom salts effects

Is the epsom salts you soak in a bath with the same as the one taken for contsipation (magnesium sulphate) as on the websites they seem to be the same but the pharmacy says theres different ones but i cant see that at all. please let me know

Magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salts) is the same whether you throw it them in the bath OR take them by mouth.

The only difference being that of dosage.

I don't think those bought for the bath are food grade.
