\\does anyone know any side effects from taking creatine?\\\

Apart from diarrhea, initially and the less common damage to the liver and kidneys not to mention the breakdown of skeletal muscle in the long time less commonly.......it seems a safe supplement to me.
Agreed, sqad, not a good thing to suffer..

I suppose it is safe if not common then thanks for the reassurance. I just paid £20 for a box of them so wouldn't want to throw them away. Cheers
"thanks for the reassurance"
... I'm not sure that Squad was intending to reassure you.
Rojash.....:-)

To be honest, I can' see that box of creatine will do much harm.........or indeed 2 boxes.
Try this:

It has great reviews and my other half swears by it for his muscle recovery needs after his daily workouts.
daffy.....it's selling you the bloody stuff.........hardly likely to say itq is cr@p.
There are many independent reviews available sqad. I am hardly likely to just believe what it says on the seller's website. If my oh says it works then that is good enough for me... he is the most sceptical person I've ever met when it comes to these things.
Daffy....I know it works, that wasn't the question........which was "what are the side effects?"

My point being that the side effects are unlikely to be highlighted by the company that is sponsoring the evaluation.
Oh had slight diarrhoea when he first started it, other than that he appears to be fine.
