Do you mean circumference of upper arm? It's big to me.
18" is ginormous. Is that what you're after?
Big guns !!

Question Author
i already have 18", but when i look in the mirror they, infact i just see a twig, ha
You're either fat or a bodybuilder.
Why does the term 'bingo wings' come to mind?
Question Author
i do 6 hours of exercise every second day doing 320 push ups, 22 kg per arm dumbells with 160 lifts per arm, pull ups, etc
6 hours a day!?!?! That is way too much unless you are competition training.
You're obsessive, 18'' is a huge arm size, why do you do it?
Doesn't sound healthy to me that you think you're arms are not big enough at that size!
If your arms and legs can do what is required of them then why waste your time doing unnecessary excercises. Aerobic fitness is more important than being an example of bodily perfection.
I find over-muscled men quite repulsive. Athletic and toned is what does it for me :)
18"? Aren't they a bit short? ;)
Sizeist ^^ :)
It'll just be an excuse not to pay for his round Douglas ;)
:D
Try Drop Sets, good for Muscle growth. You begin with a very heavy weight that you can perhaps only do 5 Reps, then drop the weight and go to exhaustion, drop for a third time again going to exhaustion.

If you keep doing the same routine over and over which it appears you are doing, your body will adapt and you will stop seeing results.

Try the Tripple Drop Sets for Arm Curls, Hammer Curls. Do same for Dumbbell Tricep Extensions also some Tricep Kickbacks. If you do Pull ups increase your weight by wearing a weighted belt.

The Press Ups you are doing are primarily working your Pecs as the Prime Mover and Triceps as the Secondary. As you are not increasing weight, you are running the risk of having a small chest with huge arms. What are you doing for your Shoulders, Back (apart from Pull ups) and Legs? You have to think about symmetry and balance when you are working out with a goal to increase Muscle size.
